Shipping policy

LegacySips ships all tea and coffee orders from San Diego, California. We ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

US shipping: tea, roasted coffee, and coffee pods

Eligible tea, roasted coffee, and coffee pod orders qualify for free US domestic shipping, including Alaska and Hawaii, at an order subtotal of $18 or more after discounts, before taxes and shipping. Eligible baskets may also qualify for free shipping under our weight-based rates. For baskets that do not qualify, shipping is calculated according to the applicable weight tier and shown at checkout.

Green coffee (unroasted)

Green coffee is excluded from the free-shipping offer above. Green-coffee shipping charges depend on weight and destination and are shown at checkout. An order total above $18 or $50 does not make green-coffee shipping free.

Mixed baskets

Tea, roasted coffee, and coffee pods share shipping rates. If your basket also contains green coffee, a green-coffee shipping charge still applies, even when the other items qualify for free shipping. Review the shipping options and total at checkout before placing your order.

Destinations and delivery estimates

Available shipping destinations and services are shown at checkout. Shipping to Canada and Mexico is charged separately, with available rates shown at checkout. The US domestic free-shipping offer does not apply to international shipping. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
